An amazing modern 5 bedroom villa holiday rental Puerto Pollensa Mallorca.  The location and size of this property will mean it will be in great demand.  Sat in a quiet residential area just 250m from the safe sandy beach of Llennaire.  It is very close to a handful of excellent restaurants, beach bar. During high season a Spar supermarket is open too.  A gentle sea front 20 mins stroll takes you to the Marina.

This modern villa sleeps 10 plus baby. A free cot and highchair are available on request.  A car is not necessary in this property.  Strictly Saturday arrivals. 

Interior

The interior is bright, modern, well furnished and very comfortable. The property has hot/cold air conditioning and free WIFI.  All floors boast attractive parquet. This 5 bedroom villa holiday rental Puerto Pollensa has a unique design.  It has an internal covered terrace in the centre of the villa.  All rooms are positioned around this terrace with huge glass patio doors surrounding.  5 double bedrooms sleeping 10 and 3 luxury bathrooms.

Enter via a courtyard and into a spacious hallway with accomodation to the left and right.  Off the hallway is a twin bedroom with double aspect windows.  Alongside a shower room leads into a well equipped laundry room. Conveniently it boasts a second fridge freezer.  A useful addition for larger families.

We enter an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner overlooking the terraces and pool.  A comfortable lounge area, beautifully furnished with sofa, comfy armchairs, Sat TV and air conditioning. This room boasts fantastic pool views.  The fully fitted modern kitchen is very well equipped. Exactly as you would expect in a property of this calibre.  An extra large electric oven and vitro ceramic hob is particularly useful. An American Bar seperates the dining area. Dining can be enjoyed inside or on the covered interior terrace.  This provides a wonderful ambience in the summer months.   Further along is the beautiful Master Bedroom suite.  Huge patio doors open out onto the swimming pool.  How easy for an early morning swim! A dressing room, fitted wardrobes and luxury en suite shower room complete this side of the property.

To the left of the hallway is a corrider with huge patio doors opening onto the covered terrace.  A spacious family bathroom complete with walk in shower and bath along with ample storage.  Three bedrooms in a row. The first bedroom is a twin bedroom, followed by a double bedroom.  These two bedrooms can be entered seperately. However these rooms convert easily into a family room.  Finally at the end of the corrider is another double bedroom.  All bedrooms have ample fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.  From the patio doors one can reach the interior terrace as well as the pool and garden.

Exterior

The exterior of this modern 5 bedroom villa holiday rental Puerto Pollensa has ample terracing around the swimming pool.  The large swimming pool has Roman steps into the shallow end. Conviently easy access for young children.  Sun beds and beach towels are provided around the pool.  Another dining area on the far side of the pool is ideal for summer evenings.  Naturally a barbecue is provided for those fun barbecue meals with regular dips in the pool. The lawned area is another delight at the side of the pool. The villa is peaceful and private.  You may not want to leave the property as everything is available here.

A car is not necessary in this unique modern property. However there is free parking for 2 cars.

On booking we require a 30% deposit.  The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival.  A handful of villas require the balance earlier.  Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?Reveal

We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances.  It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.

What does your property management service consist of?Reveal

We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to.  Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.

What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?Reveal

All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number.  Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.

Most of our accommodation is family friendly unless otherwise clearly stated.  We offer one free travel cot and highchair in all our holiday rentals.  For a supplement, we can even arrange for pool safety fencing in private villas if booked in advance.  Other baby equipment can also be arranged for you, baby alarm, playpens, pushchairs.  Let us know how we can help.
