This spacious 5 bedroom holiday villa with views of Bay of Pollensa is located approx. 6 kms outside of Puerto Pollensa. A 10mins drive around the Bay heading towards Alcudia leads you to this traditional farmhouse villa. It boasts spectacular views across the Bay and the surrounding countryside. It enjoys the backdrop of the Tramuntana mountains as they reach their most northern point at Formentor. The villa is spacious and well furnished. It is a perfect choice for a large family looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Puerto Pollensa. Historical Alcudia town with its interesting streets, Roman walls and excellent restaurants is only a short drive away too. You are spoilt for choice whilst staying in this fabulous property.
This large house sleeps 10 plus a baby. A free cot and highchair are available on request. A car is essential when staying at this villa. Early booking is essential in this very popular villa.
Interior
On arriving at this traditional country house you enter the large lounge/diner. Furnished with comfortable sofas, wooden dining table and chairs and attractive feature fireplace. Terracotta floor tiles and high wooden beamed ceilings create a traditional ambience throughout. Patio doors lead out to the large garden. The spacious fully fitted kitchen diner is well equipped. Perfect to cater for 10 persons. The farmhouse style of the kitchen/diner is enhanced by the large feature fireplace. The long wooden table offers a great spot for an early breakfast. Also useful to maybe serve an early dinner if there are very young children. The TV with international channels and DVD in the dining area provides some entertainment. Double aspect windows ensure sunlight floods into the room and a door conveniently leads out to the barbecue area.
Conveniently there is one pretty double bedroom on the ground floor. An attractive shower room with walk in shower (one step up) is also located on this floor. This is useful should you have a member of your party who cannot manage stairs.
The staircase leads to the first floor and the further 4 bedrooms. Choose between 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms in this 5 bedroom holiday villa with views of Bay of Pollensa. All bedrooms have air conditioning on a timer to ensure sensible usage. Two of the bedrooms have garden views. The accommodation is completed by two family shower/bathrooms. A small terrace provides an ideal spot for pre dinner drinks or to enjoy the fabulous countryside views.
Exterior
The spacious gardens of this 5 bedroom holiday villa with views of Bay of Pollensa are a delight. You cannot help be impressed with the incredibly large swimming pool. The private pool boasts a fabulous 12m by 7m. Roman steps lead into the shallow end of 1m rising to 2.1m at the deep end. At night there is nothing better than a refreshing swim under the stars whilst enjoying the twinkling lights around the Bay.
The spacious garden provides immaculate lawns, colourful shrubs and ample outdoor seating. The front covered terrace offers a purpose built barbecue and traditional dining table. Simply perfect for those relaxing evenings when you wish to `cook at home´. Furnished for al fresco meals and comfortable seating for the relaxing chilled moments. There is parking for a couple of cars. Additional family fun is assurred with the table tennis in the garden.
Early booking is essential in this property. A perfect choice for large families or groups of friends. An ideal spot for local cycling too. This villa sits close to popular Puerto Pollensa, Pollensa and Alcudia. Strictly Saturday to Saturday.

Should I decide to book accommodation with you howe do I pay and also ensure my money is safe?
On booking we require a 30% deposit. The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival. A handful of villas require the balance earlier. Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?
We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances. It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.
What does your property management service consist of?
We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to. Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.
What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?
All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number. Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.

Most of our accommodation is family friendly unless otherwise clearly stated. We offer one free travel cot and highchair in all our holiday rentals. For a supplement, we can even arrange for pool safety fencing in private villas if booked in advance. Other baby equipment can also be arranged for you, baby alarm, playpens, pushchairs.
