This stunning three bedroom holiday apartment with communal pool is located in the sought after Boquer area of Puerto Pollensa. This is a quiet residential area close to the famous Pinewalk sea front. The apartment is modern, fully air conditioned and offers great comfort along with a spacious terrace for al fresco meals.
This holiday apartment in Puerto Pollensa is perfect for the most discerning client and early booking is essential. The apartment is located on the first floor and offers double security doors into the building.
This property sleeps 6 plus a baby. A free travel cot and highchair are available on request.
A car is not necessary in this property however there is ample easy parking directly infront of the apartment.

Interior
The beautifully furnished and equipped three bedroom holiday apartment offers open plan living. The bright lounge/diner has patio doors leading out to the fabulous terrace overlooking the gardens and pool area. Guests love the attractive sofa, dining table and chairs, hot/cold air conditioning and the fully fitted and well equipped kitchen. The modern kitchen offers a 4 ring vitro cermanic hob, a built in electric oven and microwave, large fridge/freezer along with plenty of storage space. For entertainment there is a newly installed 42″ TV with English channels and Netflix access, as well as a DVD player and a selection of DVDs, and of course reliable free Wi-Fi.
Close to the front door are two almost identical attractive twin bedrooms. They offer hot/cold air conditiioning, fitted wardrobes in addition to a door leading out to the rear terrace which houses the washing machine and offers mountain views. When I was there the goats were roaming freely infront of the bedroom window! A modern shower room with double wash basin, walk in shower and a heated towel rail is located alongside these two rooms. Off the seating area is the Master double bedroom with en suite shower room. This pretty bedroom has fitted wardrobes, hot/cold air conditioning and a door leading out to the front terrace. The newly reformed modern shower room offers a walk in shower and a heated towel rail for your comfort.
Exterior
The terrace reached off the lounge/diner is spacious and offers relaxing views across the communal gardens and pool in addition the surrounding mountains. This is a perfect space to enjoy al freso meals at the terrace table with the family. The 3 bedroom holiday apartment boasts a rear terrace too which houses the washing machine and is a good space to hang the swimwear to dry. A pleasant through breeze can be enjoyed with front and rear terraces open!
The grounds offer a community garden with ample shade and a simply stunning salt water communal swimming pool. It is one of the largest in the area at 17m x 9m and easy Roman steps lead into the shallow end. The pool is surrounded by ample sun terraces. The security gates at street level ensure this pool is only for residents usage. It is a space for relaxation and community rules must be respected at all times.

Some of our villas do insist on a Saturday arrival however the majority of our properties do offer flexible arrival days and lengths of stays. Please check the property description for any restrictions.
Should I decide to book accommodation with you howe do I pay and also ensure my money is safe?
On booking we require a 30% deposit. The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival. A handful of villas require the balance earlier. Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?
We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances. It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.
What does your property management service consist of?
We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to. Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.
What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?
All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number. Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.
I would like to buy a property in Mallorca soon but I do not want to be bombarded with offers or pressurized.

Most of our accommodation is family friendly unless otherwise clearly stated. We offer one free travel cot and highchair in all our holiday rentals. For a supplement, we can even arrange for pool safety fencing in private villas if booked in advance. Other baby equipment can also be arranged for you, baby alarm, playpens, pushchairs.
