A stunning sea view 4 bedroom holiday villa in Cala San Vicente, Pollensa sat in a quiet location. This property looks out over the spectacular Cala San Vicente cove. Breathtaking views are offered from almost every room. Completely renovated to a high standard, the villa offers direct access to Cala Carbó beach. The main sandy beach and bars are just a few minutes walk away. This villa is set on different levels and has several steps to navigate. Pollensa town or Puerto Pollensa beach are a 12 minutes drive from the villa.

Interior
The accommodation is spread over several levels in this sea view 4 bedroom holiday villa in Cala San Vicente. The attractive lounge is comfortably furnished, complete with feature fireplace, sofa, TV with international channels and a DVD player. A couple of steps lead up to the fully fitted modern kitchen which is well equipped complete with dishwasher and washing machine. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms on the lower floor. On the main floor is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with a family shower room. The lower floor offers two double bedrooms with ensuite modern shower rooms. The Master bedroom has double aspect windows offering sea views and french doors out to the furnished terrace. All bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning which is available 14 hours a day to ensure correct usage.

The villa offers breathtaking romantic views over the sea and Cala San Vicente. An ideal spot to celebrate something special or to enjoy some relaxing moments. In the evening the ambience is extra special.
This sea view 4 bedroom holiday villa in Cala San Vicente boasts two large sea view terraces. This ensures ample space and privacy for all guests. One terrace offers a natural stone BBQ with outdoor kitchen and dining table. The beautiful seating area allows guests to make unforgettable memories. Further steps lead up to a huge sun terrace with a large private pool and sunbeds. The L shaped pool is 10m x 5m and has depths of 1.30m rising to 2m approx. An ideal secluded spot to soak up the suns rays and marvel at the panoramic sea and mountain views.

N.B. Unfortunatley, this property is not suitable for guests with walking difficulties or toddlers. There are over 100 steps to reach the property from the road and there are many steps within the villa too.

Some of our villas do insist on a Saturday arrival however the majority of our properties do offer flexible arrival days and lengths of stays. Please check the property description for any restrictions.
Should I decide to book accommodation with you howe do I pay and also ensure my money is safe?
On booking we require a 30% deposit. The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival. A handful of villas require the balance earlier. Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?
We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances. It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.
What does your property management service consist of?
We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to. Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.
What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?
All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number. Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.

Most of our accommodation is family friendly unless otherwise clearly stated. We offer one free travel cot and highchair in all our holiday rentals. For a supplement, we can even arrange for pool safety fencing in private villas if booked in advance. Other baby equipment can also be arranged for you, baby alarm, playpens, pushchairs.
