The accomodation is set on 4 floors and offers 4 bedrooms sleeping 7 plus a baby. A free cot and highchair is available on request. A car is not necessary when booking this unique property.
Interior
The bright mediterrean interior boasts original arches, exposed stone walls and white floors and walls. The ground floor offers open plan living. The spacious lounge/diner is beautifully furnished with modern sofas, armchairs, dining table and chairs. Reliable WIFI and Sat TV are provided. Doors lead out to the patio. The unique fitted kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances. Perfect to prepare a couple of family meals during your stay. For convienence a cloakroom completes the ground floor. Doors lead out to the patio with comfortable seating and a private plunge pool.
On the first floor there is a single bedroom with en-suite shower room. On the second floor there is are two double bedrooms and a luxury modern shower room. One of these bedrooms boasts a private terrace with sunbeds. An ideal place to relax with a great book.
The Master en suite bedroom is located on the top floor. It offers delightful views over the rooftops of Pollensa. This beautiful bedroom offers a private furnished terrace and luxury shower room. All 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned (between 8pm – 8 am and 2pm – 4pm).
Exterior
A designer holiday rental townhouse in Pollensa with spacious furnished terraces and a private plunge pool. The plunge pool is approx. 3.5m x 1.20m with a shallow 0.80m depth throughout. An ideal spot to cool off during a hot summer day. In fact I am confident many hours will be spent in the pool which has a shower too.

Some of our villas do insist on a Saturday arrival however the majority of our properties do offer flexible arrival days and lengths of stays. Please check the property description for any restrictions.
Should I decide to book accommodation with you howe do I pay and also ensure my money is safe?
On booking we require a 30% deposit. The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival. A handful of villas require the balance earlier. Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?
We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances. It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.
What does your property management service consist of?
We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to. Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.
What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?
All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number. Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.

Most of our accommodation is family friendly unless otherwise clearly stated. We offer one free travel cot and highchair in all our holiday rentals. For a supplement, we can even arrange for pool safety fencing in private villas if booked in advance. Other baby equipment can also be arranged for you, baby alarm, playpens, pushchairs.
