Villa Empaltada is a luxury and stylish villa with a bright and airy interior, a private pool and 3 en suite bedrooms located on the first floor. The property is located 1km outside the pretty village of Selva, which has a small selection of shops and a couple of excellent restaurants. The nearby town of Inca has a good choice of shops and restaurants as well as the train service to Palma. Neighbouring Caimari is the centre of the olive oil production on the Island and is a lovely sleepy village within walking distance of the villa.
This modern villa sleeps 6 plus a baby, a free cot and highchair are available on request. A car is essential at this property. Possibility of 2 extra beds on request. Ideal choice for cyclists due to the cycling routes surrounding the villa and there is safe cycle storage.
Interior
This countryside villa in pretty village of Selva Mallorca villa combines all the traditional elements of Mallorcan architecture with modern appliances and furnishings. The property offers beamed ceilings and air conditioning throughout which is available 14 hours daily to ensure sensible usage.
The ground floor is occupied by a huge open plan living area. The lounge/diner offers several seating areas, flat screen smart TV with international channels, reliable WIFI and a dining table and chairs, there are plenty of patio doors leading out to the ample terrace and gardens. The fully fitted modern kitchen is well equipped and includes a breakfast table and an island for enjoying an early morning coffee. There is a cloakroom on the ground floor and the washing machine is located in an exterior room where there is also plenty of space to hang the washing.
3 spacious bedrooms are all located on the first floor, all with parquet flooring, en suite bathrooms and large doors overlooking the gardens. The master bedroom boasts a walk-in wardrobe and free standing bathtub in addition to a walk in shower. The double aspect windows offer stunning countryside views. The additional rooms are similar twin bedrooms with spacious walk in showers. On request 2 extra beds are available in the mezzanine lounge area.
Exterior
Outside, this countryside villa in the pretty village of Selva, Mallorca is surrounded by magnificent gardens with fruit orchards, olive and almond trees as well as ample furnished sun terraces. There is total privacy and a great sense of peace. The large private swimming pool measures 11m x 5m with depths ranging from 0.95m to 2.10m with Roman steps into the shallow end. Spending long hours enjoying the views will be a true delight! The birdsong is amazing early in the morning as are the stunning views of the surrounding Tramuntana mountains.
The spacious terracing from the lounge offer a fabulous place to enjoy al fresco dining, additional comfortable seating offers a spot to curl up with a book or a glass of wine whilst contemplating the surrounding countryside. There is ample parking at the property and a gated private driveway.
The villa is reached along an unmade gravel path leading to the gated private driveway.

Should I decide to book accommodation with you howe do I pay and also ensure my money is safe?
On booking we require a 30% deposit. The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival. A handful of villas require the balance earlier. Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?
We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances. It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.
What does your property management service consist of?
We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to. Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.
What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?
All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number. Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.

Most of our accommodation is family friendly unless otherwise clearly stated. We offer one free travel cot and highchair in all our holiday rentals. For a supplement, we can even arrange for pool safety fencing in private villas if booked in advance. Other baby equipment can also be arranged for you, baby alarm, playpens, pushchairs.
