This 4 bedroom one level holiday villa close to Pollensa Mallorca is a first choice for the extended family. The attractive 4th bedroom suite is located in an annexe. Certainly, a great option for teenagers or grandparents who want some privacy and own space. This villa is located 5.5kms from Pollensa town and 8kms from Puerto Pollensa. It is however just 4kms to the sea and the Bay of Pollensa.
A car is necessary when renting this villa which sleeps 8 plus a baby. A free cot and highchair are available on request. A private driveway leads to the villa entrance and parking. Strictly Saturday arrivals
Interior
The interior is very spacious with fabulous mediterrean vibes. The villa was recently refurbished to a high standard. High beamed ceilings throughout and quality furnishings and fixtures ensure that guests love their stay in this stunning holiday villa.
The attractive entrance hall leads into the bright lounge/diner. It is beautifully decorated and furnished. The sloping wooden beams, an attractive feature fireplace and terracotta floors add to the Mallorcan ambience. A flat screen TV offers international channels and DVD. Relaxing sofas and a beautiful dining table seating 8 ensure everyone is comfortable. Reliable WIFI is also offered of course. Double french doors lead out to the beautiful covered terrace.
The fully fitted kitchen/diner is well equipped ensuring easy preparation of family meals. Large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, nespresso etc. The breakfast table seats 8. Conveniently sat off the kitchen is a seperate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is direct access to the huge terrace from the kitchen.
The spacious ground floor bedrooms offer air conditioning on a timer. Quality beds in addition to plenty of wardrobe space for those that do not travel light! The Master bedroom offers a full en suite bathroom complete with bath and walk in shower. It also boasts direct access to the garden and pool. Finally a family shower room completes the interior accommodation.
The spacious 4th bedroom suite is located alongside the pool. It offers a king size bed and attractive en suite shower room with garden views. A large patio window allows the light to flood in if required. This is a fabulous space offering members of the family some privacy and quiet moments.
Exterior
The attractive and spacious exterior offers landscaped gardens with colourful shrubs. Spectacular panoramic views over the surrounding countryside can be enjoyed from the private swimming pool. The larger than average pool is approx. 10m x 5m. Depths range from 1.3m to 2.4m. Gentle Roman steps on one side lead into the pool. Spacious sun terraces with sunbeds and parasol allow you to soak up sun along with the stunning views and peaceful surroundings. Immaculate lawns surround the pool area and orchards surrounds the property.
The huge covered furnished terrace overlooking the pool is perfect for al fresco dining and relaxation with a good book. A purpose built barbecue is also provided for those stay at home evenings with sausages and sangria! A quick dip in the pool ensures the `Chef´remains cool at all times. Finally, as described above, the separate poolside annexe, with independent entrance is located alongside the pool, close to the kitchen door. This is an ideal spot for a nanny, teenagers or perhaps the grandparents.
There is plenty of space to park several cars. The gravel lane leading to the villa is rather narrow so I would suggest not having too big a car. The villa has its own private driveway into the grounds.

Should I decide to book accommodation with you howe do I pay and also ensure my money is safe?
On booking we require a 30% deposit. The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival. A handful of villas require the balance earlier. Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?
We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances. It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.
What does your property management service consist of?
We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to. Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.
What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?
All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number. Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.

Most of our accommodation is family friendly unless otherwise clearly stated. We offer one free travel cot and highchair in all our holiday rentals. For a supplement, we can even arrange for pool safety fencing in private villas if booked in advance. Other baby equipment can also be arranged for you, baby alarm, playpens, pushchairs.
