This stunning 2 bedroom sea front apartment Puerto Pollensa is located on the top floor (2nd) and boasts a roof top terrace too. Recently fully reformed it offers modern comfortable accommodation in a fabulous spot. It has a selection of excellent restaurants and bars close by. A gentle 15mins promenade walk takes you to the Marina and Pinewalk. The safe sandy beach directly infront of the apartment is fantastic for the family to relax and swim. The sea views from this modern apartment are simply stunning. This apartment sleeps 4 plus baby. A free cot and highchair are available on request. A car is not necessary in this property.
Interior
As you enter the open plan living of this 2 bedroom sea front apartment Puerto Pollensa your first word is likely to be WOW! Your eyes are drawn to the huge patio doors and the impressive views of the Bay of Pollensa.
The apartment has double aspect windows making it extra light and airy. The comfortable lounge/diner is furnished with sofas and dining table and chairs. A flat screen wall mounted TV and WIFI are offered. The patio doors lead out to the furnished balcony. The fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar is well equipped. The two pretty bedrooms are located at the rear of the property. One double and one twin bedroom with wardrobes and air conditioning on a timer. The family shower room is modern and has a window to the side. Finally steps from the main exterior staircase lead up to the rooftop terrace. There is no lift in this building.
Exterior
Guests just love the location and the spectacular views from this apartment. The furnished balcony off the lounge is a perfect spot to catch the sunrise across the Bay of Pollensa whilst enjoying breakfast. It is so convenient to just walk across the road to the sandy beach. A perfect holiday apartment for beach lovers.
The private roof top terrace offers views across the entire Bay and surrounding countryside looking back to Pollensa. It is a breathtaking area to spend some relaxing moments in peaceful harmony. A couple of sunbeds are provided ensuring your comfort. I would suggest that it is an area best enjoyed for adults.

Are we restricted to a Saturday arrival for holiday rentals?
Some of our villas do insist on a Saturday arrival however the majority of our properties do offer flexible arrival days and lengths of stays. Please check the property description for any restrictions.
Should I decide to book accommodation with you howe do I pay and also ensure my money is safe?
On booking we require a 30% deposit. The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival. A handful of villas require the balance earlier. Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?
We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances. It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.
What does your property management service consist of?
We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to. Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.
What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?
All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number. Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.
I would like to buy a property in Mallorca soon but I do not want to be bombarded with offers or pressurized.

Most of our accommodation is family friendly unless otherwise clearly stated. We offer one free travel cot and highchair in all our holiday rentals. For a supplement, we can even arrange for pool safety fencing in private villas if booked in advance. Other baby equipment can also be arranged for you, baby alarm, playpens, pushchairs.
