This fantastic property is located 5 mins drive to Pollensa town. It is a majestic looking property sitting proudly in the centre of the landscaped lawns. The property is a large stone country house with two storeys. The owners lovingly care for the property and are available should you require any assistance. The property and the gardens are always immaculate for the clients to enjoy. Interior
First impresions as you enter this spectacular villa are of the wonderful sweeping staircase off the character entrance hall. This large holiday villa rental in Pollensa Mallorca offers a traditional Mallorcan design. It boasts quality fittings and fixtures ensuring the comfort of the visitors.
The attractive lounge offers comfortable sofas positioned around the feature fireplace. Naturally SAT TV and reliable WIFI are included. The bright dining area has french doors leading out to the covered furnished terrace. As you would expect the fully fitted kitchen/diner is well equipped. It has everything that you may wish to prepare family meals to enjoy alongside the pool. French doors leads out to the furnished rear porch where al fresco meals can be taken.
The single room is suitably for a child under 16 years old and is found on the ground floor. A family bathroom completes the accomodation on this floor.
The stunning staircase leads up to the sleeping quarters where 4 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms are located. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished and offer breathtaking mountain and countryside views. We offer 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. Naturally all bedrooms offer air conditioning to ensure your comfort throughout your stay.
Exterior
This large holiday villa rental Pollensa Mallorca offers landscaped gardens, laid mainly to lawn, which is a delight for families with young children. Wonderful rose bushes provide a riot of colour and perfume at the right time of the year. The fabulous swimming pool with Roman steps for easy access is located to the side of the property. The pool is 8m x 4m and has depths ranging from 1m to 1.9m approx. It receives the sun almost all day. Perfect for sun worshipers. The pool is surrounded by 10 sun beds and a couple of parasols to provide shade.
In a corner of the garden we offer the barbecue and additional seating. Spend hours relaxing over good food and idle chat until the early hours.
For the youngsters we provide table tennis which is sure to provide hours of family fun. Clients often comment on the spectacular mountain views from the beautiful swimming pool. The open views add to the relaxation.
It is proving a very popular house for the extended family so early booking will be essential for this stunning property.

Should I decide to book accommodation with you howe do I pay and also ensure my money is safe?
On booking we require a 30% deposit. The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival. A handful of villas require the balance earlier. Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?
We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances. It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.
What does your property management service consist of?
We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to. Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.
What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?
All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number. Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.

Most of our accommodation is family friendly unless otherwise clearly stated. We offer one free travel cot and highchair in all our holiday rentals. For a supplement, we can even arrange for pool safety fencing in private villas if booked in advance. Other baby equipment can also be arranged for you, baby alarm, playpens, pushchairs.
