A recently refurbished farmhouse “Son Beltran de Inca” is the perfect holiday accommodation in the centre of the Island, located just 3 km outside the town of Inca. This villa sits at the base of the Puig de Santa Magdalena. A car is necessary in this property which offers total privacy and relaxation. A perfect romantic villa hideaway near Inca in the North of Mallorca.
The beautiful beaches of Pollensa and Alcudia are a 20 mins drive away, however you may struggle to leave the peace and space that this holiday villa offers.
This stunning property sleeps 8 in 4 king size beds. It is only suitable for children over 10 years of age.
Interior
The spacious interior offers fresh mediterrean decor within a traditional property with many original features.
Double wooden doors enter into the attractive dining room with a feature stone wall and the staircase to the first floor. An arch leads through to the comfortable lounge with several sofas, feature fireplace, smart TV and french doors to the rear garden with a seating area. The fully fitted farmhouse kitchen has a useful breakfast bar and doors to the front terrace. A useful utility room is just off the kitchen complete with a washing machine and dryer. Off the dining room is a spacious ground floor bedroom with seating areas and an ensuite shower and double aspect french doors leading out to the garden. The bed is an impressive super king size of 2m x 2m. This is a fabulous choice if you are travelling as a 3G family as your grandparents will love this room.
Terracotta staircase leads up to a further 3 attractive double bedrooms with king size beds. Two spacious bedrooms boast french doors to a terrace with views of the pool and surrounding garden and countryside. One of the bedrooms has an en suite shower. The upstairs is completed with a family shower room.
All 4 bedrooms offer efficient air conditioning and wardrobes.
Exterior
The exterior is simply amazing with a huge kidney shaped swimming pool surrounded by sun terraces furnished with teak sunbeds and parasols. The pool is approx. 12m long and a varied width with Roman steps into the shallow end. The landscape rock garden is a riot of colour and there is an area of woodland to explore too! Plenty of parking for several cars. A covered terrace is ideal for alfresco meals and of course a purpose built barbecue is provided for the kebabs! The peace, quiet and stillness of the area is just stunning.
The exterior is immaculate and offers plenty of space for everyone to find their private and peaceful corner.

Prices do include the Balearic tourist tax. A 500€ security deposit is required prior to arrival. Entry into the property is after 1600hrs, departure by 1000hrs. Beach/pool towels are provided. Flexible arrival dates. Minimum 7 nights.
30% deposit on booking. Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Payments by secure credit card or by bank transfer.

Some of our villas do insist on a Saturday arrival however the majority of our properties do offer flexible arrival days and lengths of stays. Please check the property description for any restrictions.
Should I decide to book accommodation with you howe do I pay and also ensure my money is safe?
On booking we require a 30% deposit. The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival. A handful of villas require the balance earlier. Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?
We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances. It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.
What does your property management service consist of?
We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to. Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.
What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?
All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number. Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.
I would like to buy a property in Mallorca soon but I do not want to be bombarded with offers or pressurized.
You have my total commitment not to contact you unless we really do have a property which matches your requirements. Most of our accommodation is family friendly unless otherwise clearly stated. We offer one free travel cot and highchair in all our holiday rentals. For a supplement, we can even arrange for pool safety fencing in private villas if booked in advance. Other baby equipment can also be arranged for you, baby alarm, playpens, pushchairs.
