The owners have recently refurbished this rural retreat to a high standard. Beautiful modern furnishings add a romantic touch to the stone cottage. This 2 bedroom rural holiday rental Pollensa Mallorca is located approx. 5kms from Pollensa and 7kms from the beach of Alcudia or Puerto Pollensa.
This holiday villa sleeps 4 plus a baby. A free cot and highchair are available on request. A car is essential when staying at this property.
A large covered porch at the front offers comfortable seating and al fresco dining. This overlooks the attractive garden and pool. The wooden door opens into a bright open plan living area. On one wall is the newly fully fitted kitchen. It is well equipped with all modern appliances. An attractive breakfast bar seperates the dining area. High beamed ceilings and the feature fireplace in the lounge create ambience. Comfortable seating for watching the SAT TV with limited programmes. Naturally the property offers reliable WIFI to ensure everyone keeps in touch with friends. A spiral staircase leads to an attractive additional seating area. Maybe a perfect spot for a quiet read or to catch up with some work if necessary. A laundry room conveniently houses the washing machine.
Off the lounge are two pretty bedrooms. Both offer air conditioning on a timer. One bedroom has a double bed whilst the 2nd offers 2 single beds. Finally the recently reformed family bathroom completes the interior accommodation.
Exterior
The garden is completely fenced providing peace of mind. The attractive rectangular pool has a generous shallow end. The pool is approx. 8m x 4m and with depths of 1m to 2m approx. Sunbeds are positioned around the surrounding lawns and sun terrace. A perfect spot to admire the beautiful moutain views. The garden is immaculate and has a selection of shrubs and trees. Should I decide to book accommodation with you howe do I pay and also ensure my money is safe?
On booking we require a 30% deposit. The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival. A handful of villas require the balance earlier. Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?
We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances. It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.
What does your property management service consist of?
We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to. Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.
What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?
All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number. Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.

Most of our accommodation is family friendly unless otherwise clearly stated. We offer one free travel cot and highchair in all our holiday rentals. For a supplement, we can even arrange for pool safety fencing in private villas if booked in advance. Other baby equipment can also be arranged for you, baby alarm, playpens, pushchairs.
