The villa has several clients who understandably love to return each year. Celebraties have stayed here and appreciate the closeness to the exclusive Marina. The villa is just 10mins walk to the village and marina.  Portals Nous is just 15mins drive from Palma city centre.

The fantastic designer kitchen, the spacious rooms with stunning sea views, the complete home gym, sauna, hyrdro jacuzzi, heated pool and several furnished sun terraces are maybe just some of the reasons this villa is so popular. This villa has no less than 7 Smart televisions although I believe the stunning sea and pool views are more impressive!  The villa is unoverlooked and offers great privacy and enhanced security. Reliable fast WIFI connection is available throughout the house and garden.

The interior accomodation of this Mallorca luxury 5 bedroom sea view holiday villa is spread over two floors. There are steps up to the property entrance and the different terraces so unfortunatley it is not suitable for those who struggle with stairs.

Interior

Steps lead from the street, with easy parking, to the villa entrance. A bright,open plan and air conditioned aspect greets you. The huge lounge/diner flows along to the spectacular designer kitchen.  The lounge boasts comfortable leather sofas, modern fireplace, Smart TV which descends from the ceiling and dining table and chairs. The fully fitted white kitchen is extremley well equipped. It is perfect for a professional chef or caterers should you wish to entertain friends during your holiday. In built oven, steamer, microwave, dishwasher, drinks chiller, coffee machine, electric wok base and an elegant selection of crockery. Both these rooms have floor to ceiling patio doors which effortlessly fold back to become almost invisible and allow you to bring the sea views and terraces inside!   The furnished dining terrace with wall mounted TV is conveniently located directly infront of the kitchen.  Guests can enjoy gourmet al fresco meals with sea and pool views.

The ground floor offers two bedrooms and an attractive shower room.  One bedroom has a double bed and a wall mounted TV with freeview channels.  The childs bedroom has fun bunk beds and full smart TV to keep the children entertained in the early mornings. Both bedrooms offer air conditioning and wardrobes.  These are ideal options for a nanny and the children.

We have the lovely Alexa installed in the villa with all languages. Music lovers will appreciate the pop legends art throughout the villa and even a couple of musical instruments for guest to use with care.

First Floor

Here we have a further 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  All 3 bedrooms boast air conditioning, super king beds and fitted wardrobes for the comfort of the visitors.  The first guest bedroom has double aspect window/ patio doors.  Clients love to relax on the private terrace offering stunning sea views towards Bay of Palma. The wall mounted TV offers the full sky package.

The second guest bedroom enjoys sea and pool views overlooking the front of the property. It is a spacious bedroom complete with a seating area.  The attractive family shower room on the first floor is spacious and functional.  Finally we reach the Master bedroom suite. It offers a wall mounted internet TV and a small safe.  This bedroom suite boasts a fantastic furnished terrace. Floor to ceiling glass doors fold back onto themselves.  How wonderful to step out of bed and admire the breathtaking sea views from your private terrace. Visitors love a romantic night cap before they slide into the Emperor bed.  The luxury bathroom boasts a double ended bath and a walk in shower.

Exterior

Guests are spoilt for choice with the outstanding additional facilities which are offered at this Mallorca luxury 5 bedroom sea view holiday villa. 6 steps down from the house is the pool. The beautiful 8m x 4m swimming pool with Roman steps takes pride of place.  It is surrounded by a furnished sun terrace where you can soak up the sea views.  Pool heating is available off season. A daily supplement is payable for this service. Alongside the swimming pool the owners offer the pirates ship play area. This fascinating space also offers a wc with baby changing facilities.  To the side of the pool on a higher level is the Ocean Bar. It offers a barbecue, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, grill along with TV and sonos music. A pool table makes it feel like you are in your local pub but with sunshine!  From alongside the bar stairs lead up to the delightful white chill out top deck.  I suggest that this could be an adults only space.  The best sea views are appreciated from here.  Relax on the luxury seating whilst sipping a cool glass of cava.

On a lower level is the fitness zone. The fully equipped gym boasts air conditioning and sonos music system. Following a hard work out you may wish to relax in the sauna followed by the 8 seater luxury hydrotherapy jacuzzi. A couple of sunbeds are located in this private corner of the property too.

This Mallorca luxury 5 bedroom sea view holiday villa is available for winter stays too.  Pool heating is available and under floor heating throughout the property ensures you are comfortable at all times. It is a perfect spot for a short winter break in Mallorca.  An amazing choice for a family Christmas break.

Rental Prices (weekly rates in euros)

Prices do not include the Balearic tourist tax.  Prefer Saturday arrivals but flexible off season.

Prices do include beach towels and a basic welcome food pack.  Cot and highchair available.

Pool heating is 50€ per day.  Under floor heating is 50€ per day.  Min. 2 days notice required.

We can naturally offer (supplement payable) a number of extra services. Private chef, catering, luxury taxi or minibus airport transfers, yacht hire, private nanny or babysitting service and restaurant reservations as part of a concierge service.
