Interior

This first floor apartment has been a second home to the current owners who purchased off plan.  The original plans were for 3 bedrooms however, preferring a spacious lounge/diner, the owners chose to have just 2 bedrooms. This can be easily modified to 3 bedrooms if necessary.  The apartment has had little use over the years and for this reason everything is immaculate.

A lift takes you to the first floor apartment with security front door.  Convenient additional storage in the entrance hall which leads into a spacious and bright open plan living area.  Generous size patio doors lead out to the fabulous terrace overlooking the communal swimming pool.  A further floor to ceiling side window allows light to flood into the space. The room is pleasantly decorated and furnished and offers great lighting too.  Two air conditioning units ensure you are comfortable all year round. A breakfast bar seperates the fully fitted kitchen area. As you would expect, it is well equipped with all modern appliances, including an osmotic filter system for drinking water. Additionally, off the terrace is a convenient laundry room, complete with washing machine and a large 150L water heater.  This ensures plenty of hot water at all times.

From the hallway a door leads along to the sleeping quarters. A small double bedroom with air conditioning and fitted  wardrobes, a modern family shower room and a fabulous Master Suite.  The spacious Master currently boasts a super king size bed, a dressing area with double wardrobes and a beautiful en suite shower room with large walk in shower.  Naturally the room has efficient hot/cold air conditioning and connexions for TV. A large window overlooks the neighbouring forest area.  Both bathrooms are exterior and have windows.

Exterior

The terrace is considerably larger than many properties and boasts plenty of space to enjoy al fresco dining in addition to comfortable areas for relaxing. A laundry room is discretly located behind aluminium shutters and offers additional storage in addition to a washing machine. Evening meals overlooking the communal swimming pool are most enjoyable. The attractive swimming pool has easy access via Roman steps and is surrounded by ample sun terraces.  A locked gate ensures the usage is kept for residents only.

Finally the apartment offers a parking space in the underground garage. This boasts remote control garage doors and excellent lighting.  Conveniently, the lift connects with the garage too or a side gate leads to the community entrance hall if you prefer.

Community

There are only 9 apartments in the community and at the moment all are second homes with international owners.  The community voted against allowing holiday rentals in the building.  No pets are allowed in the community either.  Community fees are approx. 200€ per month.   Plans have been agreed to paint the entire exterior of the building and funds are available to pay this.

On booking we require a 30% deposit.  The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival.  A handful of villas require the balance earlier.  Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?Reveal

We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances.  It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.

What does your property management service consist of?Reveal

We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to.  Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.

What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?Reveal

All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number.  Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.
