Fabulous sea view holiday apartment on Puerto Alcudia beach is a new addition to our portfolio. We are delighted to offer this comfortable apartment to our clients who will love it as much as we do! I am confident there will be plenty of demand so do not delay and book today.
The wide sandy beach of Puerto Alcudia stretches for 7kms making it the largest beach on the Island. It is a very popular choice with families due to the shallow safe clear waters. Puerto Alcudia offers visitors a huge selection of shops, restaurants and bars to visit along the pedestrian promenade and Marina. Public transport to popular neighbouring resorts and the fun waterpark is good too. The twice weekly bustling street market in the historic town of Alcudia is a must for those of you searching a bargain.
Just a short walk from the marina, right on the beach, we find the Carabela complex of two bedroom apartments with communal pools. Our comfortable apartment is located on the top floor. It boasts a private roof top terrace with panoramic sea views in addition to the balcony.
This apartment sleeps 4 plus a baby. A free travel cot and highchair are provided on request. A car is not necessary in this accommodation.
A lift takes you to the 3rd floor of this family owned apartment. It is an apartment which is much loved and enjoyed by the owners who visit regularly. They ensure it is always in perfect condition for your arrival and want you to enjoy your stay as much as they do!
Interior
Enter into the furnished lounge/diner with air conditioning. You are immediately struck by the breathtaking sea views and proximity of the beach. A comfortable sofa, armchair, dining table and chairs, wall mounted TV offering an Amazon firestick and a full package of international channels. Naturally this sea view holiday apartment on Puerto Alcudia beach offers reliable fibra optic WIFI. Large patio doors lead out to the furnished balcony and a spiral staircase to the private roof terrace.
The compact fitted kitchen has everything you may require for the preparation of family meals to enjoy on the balcony. An electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine are all included.
An arch leads off the lounge to the sleeping quarters which offers two air conditioned bedrooms. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and compact en suite shower rooms with heated towel rails for extra convenience. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. Both bedrooms enjoy stunning sea views. How amazing to wake up to that delight every morning of your stay!
Exterior
The exterior of this property is a delight due to the stunning panoramic sea and mountain views. A balcony leads off the lounge and has a table and chairs to enjoy an early morning coffee. The spiral staircase leads to the private roof terrace of this sea view holiday apartment on Puerto Alcudia beach. Furnished with a table and chairs and a few sunbeds and comfortable chairs. A parasol can be used here for short periods but must be collapsed down when not in use to prevent the sea breeze damaging it. This is a real suntrap and of course the icing on the cake of this lovely holiday apartment in Alcudia.
Finally, the complex has a generous size swimming pool exclusively for residents only. The sun terrace overlooking the beach has a limited number of sunbeds. The depths of the pool range from 1.05m to 2.00m and access is via Roman steps or ladders. Additionally there is a childrens paddling pool which is ideal for the toddlers. Showers are provided to allow residents to rinse off suntan lotion before entering the pool.
Minimum 7 night stays with flexible arrival days. The apartment is strictly no smoking and is not suitable for groups of friends under 21 years old. The apartment boasts quality tilt double glazed windows.

Should I decide to book accommodation with you howe do I pay and also ensure my money is safe?
On booking we require a 30% deposit. The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival. A handful of villas require the balance earlier. Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?
We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances. It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.
What does your property management service consist of?
We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to. Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.
What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?
All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number. Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.

Most of our accommodation is family friendly unless otherwise clearly stated. We offer one free travel cot and highchair in all our holiday rentals. For a supplement, we can even arrange for pool safety fencing in private villas if booked in advance. Other baby equipment can also be arranged for you, baby alarm, playpens, pushchairs.
