We are pleased to offer this fabulous Mallorcan countryside villa with private pool rental.  Minimum 31 nights.  No tourist services such as cleaning are included.  The lovely owners want a like minded family to enjoy their home whilst they are away travelling for this period.

Located off a quiet country lane with mountain views this one storey stone villa sits in a beautiful garden laid to lawn.  Surrounded by colourful shrubs the house offers the most relaxing vibes and is an ideal place to recharge your batteries and get back to nature.  Located between the traditional villages of Buger and Sa Pobla which have buzzing weekly street markets. The stone villa is along one of many popular cycle routes of the area.   A 20 mins car ride takes you to the fabulous sandy beach of Playa de Muro, Alcudia or Puerto Pollensa with the amazing selection of great restaurants and scenery.

Interior

Easy parking and wander down the garden path to the front door.  A luminous lounge with air conditioning and high beamed ceilings has patio doors to the garden and terrace.  Stairs lead up to an `altillo`offering a convenient quiet working area with desk and chair.  The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with modern white goods.

Off the lounge a hallway takes us along to the sleeping quarters of this pretty countryside villa with private pool.  Three spacious air conditioned bedrooms.  A double bedroom with luxury en suite shower room; a childs bedroom with high ceilings, childs bunk beds  with an en suite bathroom.  The final bedroom offers a quality double sofa bed and doors to the garden with a pretty seating area.  The villa sleeps maximum 6 persons (and a baby).  Maximum 4 adults and 2 children.  The interior accommodation is completed by a family bathroom with bath tub.

Exterior

The fully enclosed garden is a delight with immaculate lawns and a beautiful 8m x 4m swimming pool with Roman steps.  The depths are approx. 2.10 to 1m.  Sunbeds and a parasol surround the lawn.  The garden offers several seating areas and great corners to enjoy al fresco meals.  A covered barbecue area complete with summer kitchen with sink and large fridge/freezer is much appreciated during the hot summer evenings.  A seperate room houses the washing machine and dryer.

There is ample parking space for a couple of cars inside the property gates.  A car is essential in this property.

Weekly maintenence of the garden and pool are included in the rental fee.  Reliable WIFI inside and outside the property are included in the rental fee.

A well behaved medium size dog may be admitted on request.

One month rental 6500€ plus electricity costs at 0.35€ per kw

Two months rental 11000€ plus electicity costs at 0.35€ per kw

A 1000€ security deposit will be payable prior to your arrival.

Should I decide to book accommodation with you howe do I pay and also ensure my money is safe?Reveal

On booking we require a 30% deposit.  The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival.  A handful of villas require the balance earlier.  Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?Reveal

We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances.  It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.

What does your property management service consist of?Reveal

We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to.  Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.

What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?Reveal

All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number.  Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.

You have my total commitment not to contact you unless we really do have a property which matches your requirements. Most of our accommodation is family friendly unless otherwise clearly stated.  We offer one free travel cot and highchair in all our holiday rentals.  For a supplement, we can even arrange for pool safety fencing in private villas if booked in advance.  Other baby equipment can also be arranged for you, baby alarm, playpens, pushchairs.  Let us know how we can help.
