This luxury 5 bedroom holiday villa close to Pollensa sits majestically in the countryside close to the Alcùdia/Pollensa border. Can Xanet is a beautifully refurbished traditional Mallorcan country house that offers a fresh modern interior and spectacular gardens and pool. The stunning views of the Tramuntana mountains in the distance are the icing on the cake! This property is suitable for the most discerning guests. It boasts 5 spacious en suite bedrooms, two of which are located on the ground floor. The property offers efficient air conditioning throughout and underfloor heating in the cooler months.
A 10mins drive takes you into the historical villages of Alcudia or Pollensa. Both offer popular street markets on Sunday in addition to a selection of shops, restaurants and cultural visits. Choose between the nearby beaches of Alcudia or Puerto Pollensa which are just a 15/20 mins attractive drive away.
This stunning villa sleeps 10 and a baby comfortably. A free cot and highchair are available on request. A car is essential whilst staying in this luxury holiday villa in Alcudia.
Interior
As you enter into the property the WOW factor is evident. There is so much to take in with your first glance. The high beamed ceilings, the polished white floors, the stone walls and the light streaming through. The entrance hall leads into the open plan living area. Comfortable seating, beautiful dining table seating 10, stunning fire for off season and the huge picture windows with views of the garden. Naturally the villa boasts reliable WIFI and Smart TV. The fully fitted kitchen is very well equipped with all modern appliances. This includes an American style fridge/freezer with cool water and ice function and a wine cooler. Conveniently, two double en suite bedrooms are located on the ground floor. This floor is completed by a useful guest cloakroom along with a laundry room offering washing machine and tumble dryer.
A staircase alongside the front door leads to the first floor where there are 3 additional beautiful bedrooms. Two similar double en suite bedrooms and the stunning Master bedroom suite. The Master boasts a super king bed along with an office/dressing room and a private terrace. Additionally, there is a wall mounted smart TV. This suite includes a luxury free standing bath tub. 4 bedrooms have King size beds which can be prepared as 2 individual beds with advance notice.
Exterior
The outside space of this luxury 5 bedroom holiday villa close to Pollensa is immaculate. The spectacular infinity pool surrounded by ample sun terraces takes pride of place. Contemplate the bird song, mountain views and sunset from the seating areas around the garden. Al fresco dining is at the next level in these surroundings. The attractive timed garden lighting provides a romantic setting. We can of course arrange for a private chef to prepare some appetizing meals so you do not have to leave these beautiful surroundings. (advance notice essential). However, no holiday is complete without a fun evening cooking on the barbecue which is provided too.
NB. Pool heating is available during the cooler months at 250€ per week. This must be booked prior to your arrival. This property requires a 1000€ security deposit. Saturday arrivals during July and August.

Should I decide to book accommodation with you howe do I pay and also ensure my money is safe?
On booking we require a 30% deposit. The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival. A handful of villas require the balance earlier. Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?
We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances. It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.
What does your property management service consist of?
We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to. Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.
What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?
All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number. Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.

Most of our accommodation is family friendly unless otherwise clearly stated. We offer one free travel cot and highchair in all our holiday rentals. For a supplement, we can even arrange for pool safety fencing in private villas if booked in advance. Other baby equipment can also be arranged for you, baby alarm, playpens, pushchairs.
