4 bedroom holiday finca with pool in Binissalem! When life gives you lemons… make lemonade! Here in Finca Limonada there is an abundance of lemons, as well as oranges, figs, pomegrametes for our guests to enjoy. I wish I could share their sweet scent in my photos but you will have to wait until you arrive to discover this yourself!
Finca Limonada is a very spacious traditional country house set in a beautiful location enjoying the backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains. Binissalem is the centre of the Mallorcan wine industry and is just 20mins from Palma. Conveniently there is a reliable train service to the Capital which is ideal to enjoy a day trip to explore this cosmopolitan City.
This stunning holiday rental villa offers 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one exterior). It sleeps 8 people and a baby. We welcome babies and offer a free travel cot and highchair. A car is essential in this property and there is ample parking for several cars.
The long private driveway, bordered by tall conifer trees and a fruit orchard makes a pleasant statement as you enter the property. Parking your car in the shade, stroll across the front lawn admiring the beauty of this attractive stone finca.
Interior
Vast wooden doors open into the cool entrance hall of this 4 bedroom holiday finca in Binissalem, complete with several original features. Double glass doors, to the left, lead into the large beamed lounge/diner. The sunlight floods into the attractive room through the floor to ceiling double aspect patio doors. The views across the garden are a delight. High beamed ceilings, hot/cold air conditioning, a feature wood burner along with the pleasant modern furnishings provide a relaxing vibe. The orginal stone wine storage viewed behind a glass window is a great feature although you will have to stock it yourself!
The spacious traditional farmhouse kitchen leads off the lounge. It is well equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, nespresso and offers plenty of storage. It will be a delight preparing fresh colourful salads here for the family to enjoy on the front porch. A convenient breakfast table is an ideal spot for an early morning coffee.
Off the kitchen is a fabulous covered terrace offering a traditional pizza/bread oven, barbecue, and dining area. Additionally you will find a laundry room and a useful shower room here.
Returning to the entrance hall we can explore the sleeping quarters of this delightful 4 bedroom holiday finca in Binissalem.
A convenient ground floor bedroom suite boasts a king size bed (200 x 220cms), hot/cold air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and double aspect windows overlooking the beautiful garden. The full bathroom with a walk in shower and a bath tub also offers garden views.
An open staircase leads to the 3 further bedrooms. Two attractive doubles and one pretty twin room. A double bedroom boasts a king size bed, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and fabulous garden and countryside views. The two, almost identical other bedrooms have sloped ceilings with a ceiling window. They offer hot/cold air conditioning too and ample wardrobes in the hallway. One of the bedrooms has a king size bed (180 x 200cms) and the other has two single beds (90 x 200cms). The interior accommodation is completed with a family shower room at the end of the hallway.
A desk and comfortable office chair are available for those that need to work a little too in an additional first floor room.
Exterior
The exterior of this stunning holiday finca in Binissalem is a real delight. It offers a perfect space for large families to enjoy. Several quiet seating areas are positioned around the grounds. A corner for every member of the family to find their own private space. The owners love to listen to the birds sing, read a book, meditate, paint or enjoy a sneaky siesta!
The well maintened lawns surround the front of the house. The fruit orchard sits behind this and up to the front gate. To keep you cool the swimming pool has Roman Steps for easy access. The pool is approx.. 6m x 3m and has depth of 0.80cms rising to 1.60m approx. Naturally 8 brand new Teka sunbeds are provided alongside the pool.
The ample covered porch to the front and side of the villa offers shade for those that prefer. It is a popular spot for al fresco meals whilst contemplating the beautiful gardens. We have also added a gas barbecue on the lawn for your convenience. This property just keeps giving!
Ample parking, an ornamental enclosed pond for safe ty, interesting stone artwork and the most amazing peace and quiet are the final touches to Finca Limonada. A wonderful spot for your extended family or friends holiday!
Finally, small house trained dogs will be accepted on request. A supplement will be charged.

Should I decide to book accommodation with you howe do I pay and also ensure my money is safe?
On booking we require a 30% deposit. The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival. A handful of villas require the balance earlier. Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?
We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances. It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.
What does your property management service consist of?
We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to. Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.
What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?
All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number. Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.

Most of our accommodation is family friendly unless otherwise clearly stated. We offer one free travel cot and highchair in all our holiday rentals. For a supplement, we can even arrange for pool safety fencing in private villas if booked in advance. Other baby equipment can also be arranged for you, baby alarm, playpens, pushchairs.
