The first few days of May have certainly heralded the beginning of the official summer season in Mallorca with an increase in temperatures and visitors. Once again it looks like Mallorca is set to welcome a record breaking number of visitors from across the world. I trust that you are one of them.
I, personally, have been occupied the last few months implementing a varied channel manager system which greatly improves our customer experience. For those of you who know how much I love my pen and paper lists, you will appreciate what a massive step of faith this is! I do not deny that it has been challenging at times but I am delighted to offer an APP for the use of our guests, property owners and cleaners. All the information in one place, automatic messaging, easy payment options and lots of admin hours saved. It also allows potential guests to instant book on our website for a handful of properties and this will be rolled out to more next year.

Our suite of apps simplifies the holiday rental experience for guests, owners, and staff alike. The Guest App, sent 28 days before arrival, allows guests to view reservation details, make final payments, register passport information, pay tourist tax, and access arrival instructions and key codes. Communication is quick and easy through the in-app chat. The Owners App provides property owners with an overview of occupancy, income, and future invoicing features. The Cleaning App helps cleaners manage guest schedules, track special requests, and report issues. These apps ensure a seamless, professional service for all users.
